What are my refund options?

Customers are responsible for the return postage. You can receive a refund to your original payment method minus return shipping costs as per our Return Policy.

Munavic do not Price Match.

When will I receive my refund?

For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). For information about refunds to a third party credit card, contact your financial institution. It typically takes 7 – 10 days to post to your account from the day the merchandise was received.
For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.

RETURN POLICY

Our products are very durable and will be a perfect match for you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund . Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
You can return most items for a refund if not damaged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:

Clearance items

Items you have already assembled

Personalized items

Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded.
